Introduction
Welcome to NYC Hoop School. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with NYC Hoop School (the "Service") operated by NYC Hoop School ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Services
NYC Hoop School provides basketball training services. The specific details of the services provided will be agreed upon through separate agreements or contracts.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Payments
All payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of service engagement. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will notify you before such changes take effect.

In no event shall NYC Hoop School, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
